Effective Date: January 1, 2026

This policy applies to all Speedgolf USA, LLC (“SGUSA”) sanctioned events, leagues, clinics, and competitions.

By registering for an event, you agree to the terms below.

1. STANDARD REFUND WINDOW

Participants may request a full refund (minus non-recoverable processing fees) if the request is submitted more than 14 days before the scheduled event start date.

2. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Registrations become non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Injury or illness
• Travel conflicts
• Schedule conflicts
• Weather preferences
• Failure to appear (“no-show”)
• Late arrival or disqualification

Event logistics, course commitments, staffing, insurance coverage, and reserved player spots are finalized during this period.

3. TRANSFERS & DEFERRALS

Within 14 days of the event, refunds are not issued; however:

Entry transfers may be permitted if:

• Requested at least 48 hours before the event
• The replacement participant completes registration and waiver
• Division eligibility is satisfied

SGUSA may also, at its sole discretion, offer a deferral credit instead of a refund in special circumstances.

4. EVENT CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

If SGUSA cancels an event entirely:

Participants will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• Event credit (participant choice)

If the event is modified, shortened, delayed, or interrupted due to weather, course conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside SGUSA’s control, no refunds are guaranteed.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds are required if the event cannot be held or completed due to circumstances beyond SGUSA’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Course closure
• Public safety emergencies

In such cases SGUSA may offer credit toward a future event.

6. PROCESSING FEES

Payment processing fees and third-party transaction costs are non-recoverable and may be deducted from any approved refund.

7. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting SGUSA first may result in:

• Disqualification from the event
• Loss of eligibility for future events
• Recovery of administrative costs to the extent permitted by law
